Raspberry Popsicles Sorbets

  • 170 g fresh raspberry
  • 60 g Fooditive Sweetener
  • 80 ml orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 20 ml lemon juice

4 popsicles serving

  • Mix the fresh raspberry with Fooditive Sweetener and lemon juice in blender.

  • Add the orange juice and blend until smooth.

  • Transfer to a fine mesh sieve and press with a spatula or the bottom of a ladle to strain the puree through the sieve.

  • Scoop the mixture into popsicles molds and freeze at least 4 hours.

  • To serve, dip the molds into hot water for 5 seconds.
