Dark Chocolate Brownie

  • 200 g Fooditive Sweetener
  • 350 g unsalted melted butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 80 g coco powder unsweetened
  • 300 g dark chocolate 85% cocoa solids (melted)
  • 150 g almond flour
  • 30 servings
  • 190 Kcal/serving


  • Preheat your oven to 170 Celsius

  • Melt the chocolate inside a microwave oven for 2 minutes by mixing it every 30 seconds untiled its completely melted or use water bath by placing the chocolate in big glass bowl and placing it on boiling water.

  • In the processer or by hand blend the melted butter, Fooditive sweetener, coco powder, eggs and almond flour.

  • Add the melted chocolate

  • Line a baking sheet and grease with butter and add parchment paper.

  • Add the batter into the dish and smoothen the top.

  • Garnish with almonds or your favourit nuts

  • Let the brownies cool down for at least 30 minutes before cutting.
